Plug AI Agents provides software to build, deploy, and manage AI agents across channels. Features and limits depend on your subscription plan.

We may update the service from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for ensuring team members comply with these Terms.

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, or deploy agents that generate unlawful or harmful content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or pose security risk.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Fees are charged in advance according to the plan you select.

You may cancel through the billing portal. Refunds are handled according to our published refund policy unless required otherwise by law.

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing outputs used in production or customer-facing workflows.

Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, except where prohibited by law.
