Account data: name, email address, authentication identifiers, and workspace settings.

Usage data: agent configurations, conversation metadata, billing status, and product analytics required to operate the service.

Content you upload: knowledge sources, prompts, and channel configuration needed to run your agents.

We process data to provide and secure the Plug AI Agents service, authenticate users, deliver email notifications, bill subscriptions, and improve reliability.

We do not sell personal information. We share data with subprocessors that help us operate the platform, including cloud hosting, email delivery (Resend), payments (Stripe), identity providers (Google), and LLM providers you configure.

We retain account and workspace data while your subscription is active and for a limited period afterward for legal and operational needs.

Credentials and integration secrets are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and logged.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing.

We may process data in the United States and other countries where our subprocessors operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
